Before I go about hyping up this brand, which is so easy to do, I want to give a little background into my skincare, or lack of skincare journey. Growing up, I never learned about skincare, I would hear my friends talk about this and that, I would watch them wash their face at the end of the day while I would simply use some makeup remover. I never broke out and my skin was clear.. Until I was 24.
I had clear skin and never felt that I had to wear makeup, especially not to cover anything up. A year into living on my boat, I bought a couple of face washes to experiment with, I just figured it was something i “should” do. A few months later, one of my good sailing friends was talking about her skincare routine, the brands she was using, and the problems she was struggling with. All of these words and terms went way over my head. A few months after this, I began breaking out and I didn’t know what to do. I checked my diet, and that hadn’t changed..
